Each new moon I create a list of gemstones that follow a theme that suits my mood at the time. The latest list consists of gemstones that promote feelings of calm and peace. Any of the gemstones can be used by itself or you can create some jewellery using more than one gemstone. A bracelet using 3 or 4 different gemstones is easy to make and wear. I like to use the gemstones to help me focus on a particular mindset or feeling. The brain works well with symbols and patterns and I find it easy to think particular thoughts when they are related to or attached to specific gemstones. Even if you don't have access to the gemstones themselves it works if you have images on cards or in a book. I tend to do a lot of digital work with the gemstone images and metaphysical information and I get a strong sense of change and growth in myself from constantly looking at and reading about the gemstones.
